Personal Background

Erin Fay was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Erin resided in the picturesque Columbia-Tusculum area for many years but recently made the move back to her childhood neighborhood, Western-Hills.

Erin graduated from Walnut Hills High School in 1996 and Ohio University in 2000, earning a bachelor of science in secondary health education.

Erin's husband, Blake, and Erin have one son, Eli, who is their pride and joy! The couple met while working at Allyn's Cafe in Columbia-Tusculum, where Erin was employed for six years. Through her many years in the restaurant industry she has gained an immense amount of customer service experience.

Prior to taking the plunge into a career in real estate, she had been involved in many renovations  in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Erin follows about 50 design blogs, considers herself an amateur designer and lives in her own mid-century modern work in progress. She has also done most of the finish construction work on her renovations. This has given her an extensive base of knowledge about how a house functions and what can be done to bring it alive again.
