My first job is to make sure the marketing is in place to attract buyers, my colleagues and the community.  Of course, technology alone won't sell your home. Face-to-face interaction with residents in the community and business people provides the advantage to sell your home and you won't have to worry about a thing.

I will also show your home prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing.
