Hi there and thanks for taking time to get to know me a bit better. Me in a nutshell; I am a Northern Kentucky native. I was born and raised in Villa Hills, KY. My wife Connie and I currently reside in Taylor Mill, KY with our now 13 year old daughter, Elizabeth. Connie works as both a member of Team Bauman with me part-time as well as over at Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. We have been involved with Holly Hill Children's Service since 2006, where we have enjoyed fostering several children. We first met our daughter via this relationship where we began fostering her and then completed the adoption in 2009. Our unfailing faith in Christ has led us to the Vineyard Community Church in Tri-County, OH (yep... it's a bit of a drive) where we enjoy weekly celebrations, and the varied volunteering opportunities that the church offers.
It is mine, and the other members of Team Bauman's belief, that small things done with great love will change the world and accept as fact that with God, all things are possible. We want to be apart of changing the world you live in too!
