Personal Background

Guy has been in the real estate business for 35 years.  He was part owner of Cagney & Weisker which recently merged with Coldwell Banker West Shell.  He is licensed in Ohio, Indiana and Florida specializing in residential and new construction sales and active in civic groups in this community.

Patrick is a second generation Realtor and has been in the business for 6 years. He is licensed in Ohio. Together they provide personalized and professional customer service throughout the listing or sale process. 

Guy is a graduate of Elder High School and the University of Cincinnati.  He is a member of the Miamiview Golf Course, Western Hills Lion’s Club and on the Board of Directors for Eagle Savings Bank. 

Patrick is a graduate of Elder High School and Cincinnati State. He is an avid Cincinnati sports fan and enjoys attending Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bearcat games. Patrick enjoys sand volleyball, basketball and coaches the boys 7^th/8^th grade volleyball team for Our Lady of Victory.
